第一讲）
圣经上有一个字，是打开整本圣经的钥匙，就是「约」这个字。圣经上有几个约？其中有几个约会影响到基督徒？这两个重要的问题有许多不同的答案，所以才会有这麽多不同的教会。今天在节目中会谈到「约」到底是什麽？
第二讲）
圣经中一共有五个约：挪亚之约、亚伯拉罕之约、摩西之约、大卫之约、弥赛亚之约。我们必须从六方面来了解这些约：一、立约对象；二、约中的承诺；三、上帝是否期待我们有什麽回应？约中有没有条件？四、有没有订定违约要惩罚？五、约的期限多长；六、上帝立这个约有什麽目的？
第三讲）
圣经中有五个约，其中一个是旧约，即摩西之约，一个是新约，即弥赛亚之约。旧约（摩西之约）已经失效，因为被新约（弥赛亚之约）取代。新约是写在我们心裡，会改变我们的心，并且赐给我们圣灵，让我们想要顺服上帝，照上帝的话去做，活出上帝要我们活出的生命。如今我们是活在基督的律之下，活在圣灵的自由律之下，圣灵会带领我们走在正道上，我们若靠圣灵而行，就会完成上帝的律法，因为律法的总结就在一个「爱」字。
