台湾中华福音神学院院长。毕业于台湾大学（B.S.、M.S.），在中华福音神学院取得道学硕士 （M.Div.）， 美国三一神学院（Trinity Evangelical Divinity School）神学硕士和旧约哲学博士 。赖牧师传道牧养多年，蒙主使用，著作有《天道圣经注释 － 出埃及记》
