中华福音神学院系统神学助理教授；牛津大学神学系哲学博士；普林斯顿神学院神学硕士；维真学院道学硕士；英属哥伦比亚大学理学士。他于维真学院师从巴刻（J. I. Packer），传承英国清教徒及福音派信仰的精神，主要负担在于华人教会神学发展及文化宣教。
