Introduction : 什么叫护教？中文护教一词在英语中叫Apologetics. 而Apology(名词) 和Apologize（动词）亦解：辩解、辩护。而护教的词意就是为基督教信仰作出辩护。彼前3:14-15 (RSV) 说：「有人问你们心中盼望的缘由、就要常作准备、以温柔敬畏的心回答各人。」可见圣经教导我们要常作准备。
基督教护教学就是教导装备信徒如何护教，用智慧在知识的预备中、将福音传开。教会要用它理性回归真理。是对内辨别异端维护信仰的纯正、对外是抵挡这世界的不信对教会的攻击和侵蚀。另外更可藉著护教中揭露批判不信世界中种种主义哲学意识形态的虚妄。 本课程由洪予健牧师主讲。通过典型的护教实例、普及护教学的基本知识，使弟兄姊妹们在承担福音使命的同时，能更深地进入主耶稣基督道理的丰盛中，更能敏锐地厘清我们思想意念中属世界的部分；做就全人成长，为主所用。
