Introduction : 唐崇荣牧师：「感谢上帝可以给我们在这以后的时间查考历史上最伟大的救恩神学的一本书。我深深感觉到我一点都不配站在你们的面前讲这本书。这本书的伟大已经不是我们的言语可以形容，因为这本是人在整个宇宙中间阐明神对全人类历史最大的计画。《罗马书》是保罗写给在罗马城裡的人的一本书信，正像50年前有一个伟大的指挥，他说我指挥弥赛亚已经四十年了，我越久越感觉到我是没有资格指挥这个大作。今天我也是这样，已经传道传了五十多年，我发现我是没有资格讲解《罗马书》的。
这本书是保罗从心灵的深处颇白自己，把他从上帝领受的恩典交代得清清楚楚，成为历世历代人所能明白，人所能领受的神的救赎的恩典计画，最清楚、最深入、最伟大的了解。我们感谢，我们讚美主。历史上曾经有这样的一本书，使我们可以知道我们的神是怎样的神，我们可以知道我们神的本性是怎样的本性，我们的神的计画是怎样的计画，我们的神与我们的关系是怎样的关系。」
